Palja ("we") operates palja.co. This page explains what data we handle and how. The short version: your birth data stays in your browser unless you buy a reading, we don't run ad trackers, and we only keep what we need to deliver what you paid for.
Your free chart is calculated entirely in your browser. The birth date, time and place you enter are not sent to our servers and are not stored anywhere when you use the free chart.
When you purchase a full reading:
If you sign up for updates, we store your email address and use it only to send occasional Palja notes. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and you can request removal at any time at support@palja.co. If you email support, we keep the correspondence to help you.
We use privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics (aggregate page counts and referrers). We do not use advertising trackers or sell any data.
Palja runs on Cloudflare (hosting and networking). Payments run on Gumroad. Reading text is generated by a third-party AI provider that receives only the technical chart summary and optional concern text, never your name or payment details.
You may request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold about you by writing to support@palja.co. We'll respond within 30 days.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date above.
